No more filing or storing paper statements. Firstbank's Business eStatements are more secure than paper and give immediate access to your checking and savings account statements when you log in to your Firstbank eBanking account. Once you sign up for eStatements, an email message will be sent the day your statement is online. To access your eStatement, log in to your business account, click on the underlined account nickname, and then select “Monthly Checking Statement” from the “Documents Available” drop-down menu.

Q: Must I use eBanking to receive Business eStatements?
A: Yes. You can only access your account statements by logging in to our secure Business eBanking website.

A: Yes. You can view Business eStatements through Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Q: If I sign up for Business eStatements will I continue to receive paper statements?
A: No.

A: You will receive your Business eStatements the same way you receive your paper statements in the mail. For example, if your statements are combined for mailing purposes, the online statement also will be combined.

Q: How will I know when my Business eStatements are available?
A: Each time one of your statements is produced, you will receive an email notice telling you that your statement is available. As soon as you receive the email, you can log in to your account at www.firstbankmi.com to access and view the statement.

Q: What should I do if my email address changes?
A: Please let us know immediately. For your convenience, our Customer Service Representatives will complete the email address update for you when you contact us at (800) 453-8700.

Q: Where do I find my Business eStatements in eBanking?
A: To access your Business eStatement, log in to your business account, click on the underlined account nickname, and then select “Monthly Checking Statement” from the “Documents Available” drop-down menu.

Q: How long will my Business eStatements be available?
A: You can view your current statements anytime after the statement date. All of your statements will be archived for 12 months.

Q: Can I save my Business eStatements?
A: Yes, you can save the statements on your computer, print them, or save them to a disk. For your convenience, 12 months of your eStatements will be archived on our system.

Q: Can I stop my Business eStatements and go back to paper statements?
A: If you want to start receiving paper statements again, please contact our Customer Service Center at (800) 453-8700.

A: Absolutely. Firstbank uses the most secure encryption software available. Plus, with our multi-factor authentication process, you need BOTH your user ID and password to access your personal banking information.
